Our process - How we work

Contact us, and describe your idea of the website you want. Also, tell us in a few words, what is it that your business do, what design you are looking for.

You can provide us with some mockups of what you want your website to look like, so we can help you achieve your ideal site.

Provide as well, a brief description of your business goals, how many pages do you need, etc. If a meeting is required for better planning, it can be arranged.

Once we receive the details, we will provide you with an estimate of the project, based on your needs and what you want the project to have.

We will ask you to provide any content you would like your website to have. If you do not have this content, we can prepare it for an additional fee.

A pre-payment of 50% of the accorded total amount has to be first made. Once this payment is received by us, we will begin development of the project based on what was previously specified, and the remaining amount will be payed once the project has been completed.

Based on the complexity of the project, the delivery window may vary. We should be able to deliver within 2 - 4 weeks. If additional time of development is required, we will communicated to you, as we want to meet you to get your moneys worth.

Once the project is finalized, We will demo you the final version. At this point, only simple changes can be performed. Complex changes could delay the delivery window, and will subject to additional fees.
